@tabletopmom featured one of WGG’s games in her Mystery Monday post. Can you guess this game?

“If you’re looking for a small filler that can play at 6, Gift of Tulips is a nice choice and provides enough options to keep the game interesting!” – Board Games at Joel & Wan Ping’s

“Gift of Tulips by @weirdgiraffegames: a lucky game with enough control to feel like you were the reason why you lost! The flowers are really pretty and we had fun picking our actions!” – Board Games at Joel & Wan Ping’s

“Fire in the Library by @weirdgiraffegames: really exciting push your luck game! A little difficult to calculate probability at times but still fun and awesome game!” – Board Games at Joel & Wan Ping’s

“As more or a certain section of the library is burned, the more each cube from the section is worth, creating mounting tension throughout the arc of the game and making it possible for players to come from behind

This arc is one of the main reasons why it remains in our collection and we would be happy to play it anytime!” – Board Games at Joel & Wan Ping’s

Hedgehogs playing Tumble Town? How cute is that?! I love this adorable photo shoot from @matsuri_eriza_jugona.

Way Too Many Cats Reviews

Way Too Many Cats is making its way to more game nights, and there have been so many lovely words shared about it!

I was just really, really impressed with Way Too Many Cats. I really enjoyed it, and I really enjoyed the game mechanics and everything. I think it’s just overall a great game, great packaging. It’s just a really well-done game, very accessible.”

How Lou Sees It

“It’s got a little bit of that thinkiness that’s going to up the level of challenge that people like in those types of board games while also still being simple enough to be able to teach to anyone.”

– Ryan, Ryan and Bethany Board Game Reviews

“There’s a lot of different strategy that you have to think about in this game and there’s a huge amount of replayability.” – James, Tabletop Gaming Guild

Over on Facebook, Way Too Many Cats is hanging out with some gnomes at Gnome Games Green Bay East!

“This game is a joy to play. I really like the drafting. I like that it’s not: I don’t know where to put a cat. It’s like: Wow so many places to do cats so many things to get!”

“This is probably Weird Giraffe’s best game that I played from them. I like it a lot. I give it an eight out of 10.”

– Tom Vasel, Dice Tower Encore

Tiny Trilogy

This 27-card game collection has big game play in tiny packing! See what people are saying about Explosion in the Laboratory, Dreams of Yesterday, and Motley.

Explosion in the Laboratory: “Push your luck games are really exciting to me. I really love this game. This will be one that I can easily bring out during a lunch break which is always something I’m on the lookout for.

Danielle, DaniCha

Dreams of Yesterday: “Gather resources (money, fame, and knowledge) to buy collections and arrange them in two rows in your museum. Aim for the same type of chain or target card. The theme and artwork are perfect and fun!” – THENUSE, Board Game Geek Rating

Motley: “I really like games like this that are fairly free form but provide enough of a framework that kids don’t get lost. They get to flex their creative muscles to try to win something.” – Andrew, The Family Gamers
